Runners are stressing their bodies.

Listen to your body Although our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully designed we can overdo it. For instance, running causes you to strike your heel 5 to 7 thousand times each minute. Under normal circumstances this would be fine but if your body has a muscular or skeletal imbalance there could be trouble.

Most of us humans have some kind of foot imbalance or spinal imbalance that leads to a posture change, which leads to a change in the way we walk or run. Dr. John Weisberg and Daryl D. Weisberg, M.S. have been helping runners and walkers find their balance and correct their gait for 32 years. They are expert at diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders especially where it negatively impacts nervous system function.  Using chiropractic, nutrition and diet correction and reflexology there isn’t much that gets by their watchful eye without being positively affected. Whether it is a foot, ankle, knee, hip or spine imbalance, you can get it fixed at the Seaside Wellness Center.
